My Three favorite Children Literature Authors
The first author that I picked is Dr. Seuss, he is an American writer and cartoonist most known for his children's books. He published over 60 children's books they are about imaginative characters, rhyme, and frequent use of trisyllabic meter. His most popular books are the Green Eggs and Ham, The Cat in the Hat, and One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish. The reason why I picked Dr. Seuss as one of my favorite Children Literature author because I really enjoy reading his book. As a teacher Aid I encourage the students to read Dr. Seuss books and the student enjoy reading his books.

The second author that I picked is H.A Margret Rey, she is the author for the book series Curious George. Curious George is the protagonist of a series of popular children's books. The books feature a curious monkey named George, who is brought from his home in Africa by "The Man with The Yellow Hat" to live with him in a big city. Around the world, the adventure of Curious George is translated in many languages. The reason why I love Curious George because as a little girl I loved to reading Curious George book and taking AR tests at my Elementary school. I remember taking so many Accelerated Readers Test and receiving many prizes. The third author I picked is Clive Staples Lewis he is known as British novelist, academic, medievalist, literary critic, essayist, lay theologian and Christian apologist. He is known for his fiction, especially The Screwtape Letters, The Chronicles of Narnia, and The Space Trilogy. My favorite novel from C.S Lewis is The Chronicles of Narnia because is a series of seven fantasy novels for children. This novel is so interesting and has been heard radios, seen in television, stage, and cinema. The first time I readed, the novels I could not put the book down and I keep on reading. I was so excited when I heard there where making the movie and when the movie first came out I was one the first one to see it. It was awesome!!!!

Chapter 1
Chapter 1 it was about “What it means to live in Literature”?This chapter explain importance Children Literature. It was explain the backbone of the reading programs, major source of the content knowledge, and the potential for transformative experiences. I learn in this chapter how to share children literature and to develop effective readers and writer.
